These Terms govern your use of CallSage. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
CallSage records conversations you choose to capture and provides an AI-generated scorecard and coaching to help you improve. It is a self-improvement and training tool.
CallSage does not provide legal, HR, compliance, financial, or professional advice. Its scorecards and coaching are generated by AI for informational purposes only. Use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for recording conversations lawfully. Laws differ by country, state, and territory. Many jurisdictions require two-party (all-party) consent, meaning every participant must be informed and agree before a call is recorded. You agree to inform all parties and obtain any consent required by the laws that apply to you and the other participants before recording. CallSage captures your consent on your device, but it is your obligation to secure consent from everyone else on the call.
You agree to use CallSage only for lawful purposes and not to record anyone without the consent required by law. You are responsible for the content you record.
You retain ownership of your recordings and derived content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
CallSage is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scorecards or coaching are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallSage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any consequences of recording conversations.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
